Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily autoclave operations and sterilization activities in accordance with approved SOPs and batch requirements.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of autoclaves to achieve effective sterilization cycles.
• Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, holding time, and cycle performance.
• Review autoclave cycle records, logbooks, and sterilization documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure timely availability of sterilized equipment and materials.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, data integrity, and safety requirements.
• Investigate deviations, equipment abnormalities, and sterilization failures, and support CAPA implementation.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Validation, and Production teams for routine operations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance schedules for autoclave equipment are followed.
• Train and guide operators on autoclave operations, documentation practices, and GMP requirements.
• Monitor manpower utilization and shift activities to achieve production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the production and sterilization areas.
