Key Responsibilities

• Perform washing, cleaning, and sanitization of production equipment, utensils, containers, and accessories as per SOPs.
• Execute material washing activities before and after production operations.
• Prepare manufacturing areas and equipment for production batches.
• Ensure proper segregation, identification, and storage of cleaned materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleaning records, equipment logbooks, and related documentation accurately.
• Follow approved cleaning schedules and sanitization procedures.
• Verify cleanliness status labels and equipment readiness before use.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams for unit preparation activities.
• Report any equipment abnormalities, damages, or deviations to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and company safety policies.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in production and washing areas.
