Key Responsibilities

• Perform filter integrity testing (FIT) before and after filtration processes as per approved SOPs.
• Operate and handle filter integrity testing equipment and associated filtration systems.
• Verify the integrity of sterilizing-grade and process filters using approved methods.
• Record and maintain test results, logbooks, and batch documentation accurately.
• Ensure filtration activities comply with GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report any filter failures, deviations, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Assist in installation, replacement, cleaning, and storage of filters.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering departments during filtration activities.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area and equipment as per housekeeping standards.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE during operations.
