Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise packing operations for OSD (tablets/capsules) and Softgel products.
• Ensure line clearance, changeover, and batch start-up activities are performed as per SOPs.
• Review and maintain Batch Packing Records (BPR) and related documentation.
• Monitor packing line performance and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks, approvals, and compliance.
• Handle manpower allocation and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of packing materials and finished goods.
