Key Responsibilities:

• Operate encapsulation (capsule filling) machines as per production requirements
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers for different products and batch sizes
• Ensure accurate filling of capsules with proper weight variation and quality standards
• Monitor in-process checks such as weight variation, capsule locking, and visual defects
• Handle raw materials and empty capsules as per SOPs
• Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and logbooks accurately
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines during operations
• Coordinate with QA for line clearance and in-process approvals
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues or deviations
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area
