Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tablet compression machines as per approved manufacturing procedures.
• Perform machine setup, tooling installation, adjustment, and changeover activities.
• Ensure compression parameters such as tablet weight, hardness, thickness, friability, and disintegration are maintained within specified limits.
• Conduct in-process checks (IPCs) and record observations in batch documents.
• Monitor machine performance and identify any abnormalities during production.
• Perform line clearance activities before and after batch execution.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR), equipment logbooks, and production documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for major breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, EHS guidelines, and data integrity requirements.
• Follow cleaning, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
