Key Responsibilities

• Perform coating operations (film coating, sugar coating, enteric coating) as per batch manufacturing records.
• Operate coating equipment such as Auto Coaters / Conventional Coating Pans.
• Monitor process parameters like inlet/outlet temperature, spray rate, pan speed, and drying conditions.
• Prepare coating solutions/suspensions as per specifications.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain batch records, logbooks, and documentation accurately.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of coating equipment.
• Identify and report process deviations or equipment issues.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and approvals.
