Role Overview:

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the company, overseeing all operational aspects, and ensuring the achievement of both long-term and short-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in manufacturing, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to foster a positive and growth-oriented culture within the organization. Our client has its established business since 28 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans and company policies in alignment with the vision, mission, and goals of the organization.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective manufacturing and operational processes to meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee the organization’s financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Market Positioning: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, while promoting talent development and succession planning.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines, and identify and mitigate risks to the business.

Qualifications:

  • Education:  Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 20 years in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing sector. Proven record of driving operational performance and business growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial management, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop plans for financial sustainability.
  • Innovative Mindset: Track record of fostering innovation and change management through strategic decision-making.
  • Global Perspective: Experience in managing operations on a global scale is a plus.
