Key Responsibilities

• Operate capsule filling machines (automatic/semi-automatic) as per batch manufacturing records.
• Set up machines, change parts, and adjust parameters for different capsule sizes.
• Monitor critical parameters such as fill weight, locking, and capsule integrity.
• Perform in-process checks and ensure product quality.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain batch records, logbooks, and documentation accurately.
• Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or process deviations.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and approvals.
