Key Responsibilities:

• Operate secondary blister packing machines (cartoning, overwrapping, labeling, etc.)
• Ensure proper packing of blister strips into cartons as per batch specifications
• Perform line clearance before and after batch operations
• Check and maintain in-process quality parameters (print, coding, leaflet insertion, etc.)
• Coordinate with primary packing team for smooth workflow
• Maintain batch records and documentation as per GMP requirements
• Identify and report machine faults or deviations promptly
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the packing area
