Key Responsibilities:

• Operate blister packing machines for tablets and capsules as per production plan
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments for different batch sizes and products
• Load and handle packing materials such as PVC, PVDC, Alu-Alu, and lidding foil
• Ensure proper sealing, cutting, and printing of blister packs
• Conduct in-process quality checks (leak test, visual inspection, print verification)
• Maintain accurate entries in batch packing records (BPR) and logbooks
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, and safety guidelines during operations
• Coordinate with QA for line clearance and in-process checks
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report any machine issues or deviations
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the packing area
