Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autoclaves for sterilization of injectable products and equipment.
• Load and unload vials, ampoules, trays, and other materials according to SOPs.
• Set sterilization parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time as per validated procedures.
• Monitor autoclave cycles and ensure proper sterilization efficacy.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration checks of autoclave equipment.
• Maintain accurate autoclave records and batch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and aseptic manufacturing practices.
• Identify and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for validation, in-process checks, and sterilization approvals.
• Follow strict contamination control and gowning procedures in cleanroom environments.
