KeyBiz Dashboards was established in 2017 by first-generation entrepreneurs with backgrounds in Chartered Accountancy and Human Resources. Operating through our Registered Office in Chennai, Corporate Office in Secunderabad, and regional branches in Berhampur (Odisha) and Indore (Madhya Pradesh), we set out to build a talent solutions firm that brings transparency, statutory rigor, and checkable data to the hiring process.
With a 40+ member specialist team, proprietary recruitment CRM, AI-assisted validation, in-house LMS, and vertical databases including www.pharmaopenings.com, our screening goes far beyond keyword matching. We test candidate capability against real-world technical and regulatory benchmarks—whether it is GLP/GMP compliance in pharma, shop-floor metrics in manufacturing, or controllership in finance.

CA Neel Kamal P is the Founder of KeyBiz Dashboards Pvt. Ltd., a professional recruitment and talent solutions company established in 2017. He is a practising Chartered Accountant with his CA firm namely Paramkusum and Associates. He is also one of the founders of “Corporate Commerce College”, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
A Chartered Accountant with extensive experience spanning Finance, Business Strategy, Operations and Human Resources, he brings over 25+ years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, including associations with marquee organisations such as GMR Group, Murugappa Group and ACT Fibernet.
Under his leadership, KeyBiz Dashboards has grown into a specialised recruitment organisation with a 40+ member team, supporting clients across India and overseas. The company combines human expertise, industry knowledge, technology, AI-assisted validation, and its own proprietary recruitment CRM to identify and connect organisations with suitable talent. The company also operates its own LMS to continuously train team members, as well as its proprietary industry database under the brand name www.pharmaopenings.com.

M. Narayana Rao is the Co-Founder of KeyBiz Dashboards Pvt. Ltd. and brings over 25+ years of professional experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
He specialises in recruitment across Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences and Manufacturing, with extensive experience in identifying and hiring talent across technical, functional, and leadership positions.
Before co-founding KeyBiz Dashboards Pvt. Ltd., he held leadership and senior recruitment positions with reputed industry organisations including Kelly Services, Sagacia, Aurobindo Pharma, and BioGenex. His deep understanding of industry-specific recruitment, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition strategy has been instrumental in building KeyBiz Dashboards into a specialised recruitment partner for organisations across India and overseas.
At KeyBiz Dashboards, he focuses on strengthening recruitment delivery, client relationships, and domain-driven hiring solutions, particularly across the Pharma, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing sectors.
