Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Bulk Line production activities including CIP/SIP operations.
• Ensure proper execution of cleaning and sterilization cycles for vessels, pipelines, and equipment.
• Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and cycle time.
• Ensure readiness of equipment and utilities before batch manufacturing.
• Review batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and CIP/SIP documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety standards during operations.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Validation, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Investigate deviations, equipment failures, and process abnormalities; support CAPA implementation.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and shift activity planning to meet production targets.
• Train and supervise operators on CIP/SIP procedures, documentation, and GMP practices.
• Monitor cleaning effectiveness and ensure contamination control practices are followed.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and hygiene standards in production areas.
