Key Responsibilities:

• Perform granulation activities (wet granulation / dry granulation) as per BMR.
• Operate and monitor equipment like Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), and Multi Mill.
• Ensure proper dispensing, sifting, mixing, granulation, drying, and milling processes.
• Monitor critical process parameters and record observations.
• Perform line clearance before and after operations.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with QA/IPQA for in-process checks and approvals.
• Handle and document deviations, incidents, and CAPA.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of equipment and area.
• Maintain accurate documentation (BMR entries, logbooks).
